Launch of the SME Finance Forum Europe Chapter

In response to strong member interest, we are establishing a Europe Regional Chapter within the SME Finance Forum. The objective of this chapter is to convene members and affiliates across Europe to jointly address shared challenges, mobilize innovative financing solutions, and strengthen coordination around initiatives that can accelerate SME financing throughout the region.
The virtual launch will bring together SME Finance Forum members and partners across Europe to:
- Review Europe’s SME finance landscape
- Discuss SME financing architecture that crowds in private capital, with a focus on:
- Risk‑sharing and mitigation mechanisms
- Digital and alternative lenders
- Open banking, payments, and financial infrastructure
