The Supply Chain Finance Innovation Hub develops a supportive and innovative community of SME finance professionals dedicated to expanding access to financing for SMEs through Supply Chain Financing solutions. The Community focuses on

  • Supporting members in problem solving and achieving scale in SCF solutions through sharing of industry best practices
  • Synergizing expertise within the community while integrating industry level expertise
  • Supporting forward looking innovation, pilots, and content development.


We invite you to a solution clinic where SCF hub co-chairs, senior leaders, and specialists from SME Finance Forum (SMEFF) affiliates network will discuss:

1.     Deep Tier Supply Chain Finance and launch of a new pilot alongside Asian Development Bank (primary agenda item)

2.     Energizing B2B network amongst SMEs of our network members

Why DTSCF Matters: Deep-tier supply chain finance (DTSCF) is important because it enables affordable financing for suppliers deep within supply chains—where most SMEs operate. Beyond lowering financing costs, DTSCF strengthens overall supply-chain resilience by improving transparency, enhancing risk‑management, and supporting ESG‑aligned practices across all supplier tiers.
