Washington D.C., September 28th, 2021 - Papersoft joins the SME Finance Forum as the newest member of our global membership network. Our members are SME financing experts from 80+ countries who share the common goal of expanding access to finance to small businesses worldwide through knowledge exchange and innovation.

“When we started in 2012, we were in an exploratory phase for the first few years. Since 2016, we’ve been implementing our mission to build a global membership to support better SME financing, and since then, we’ve established a network with over 230 active member institutions, which operate in over 190 countries sharing the common purpose of helping under-served enterprises. We are delighted to welcome Papersoft to further grow our mission.” said Matthew Gamser, CEO of the SME Finance Forum.

Papersoft develops technology that helps companies, such as Banks and Telcos, to reach distant communities and better serve them with digital services.

Waynbo is its main product, a platform designed to facilitate the last-mile delivery of digital services and improve Financial Inclusion in emerging markets. Their work focuses on ID verification & KYC with Biometrics, Agency Banking and Agent Network Management solutions. As an international company, they have offices across Nigeria, Mozambique, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Portugal.

“We hope we can get access and interact with a number of relevant stakeholders, from investors to customers through the SME Finance Forum’s peer networking events, and raise our profile in the industry”, said Daniel Alves, the CEO of Papersoft.
