Helen He, is a demonstrated leader with an exceptional record of driving transformative change in the climate and sustainable finance sector across Asia. With over 20 years of diverse and successful banking management, consulting and investment advisory experience, Helen has been leading IFC’s Sustainability and Climate Finance work in Asia since 2014.  During her tenure, she launched pivotal programs in markets such as China, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Mongolia, and successfully built a $40 million dollar climate advisory practice, which led to a reduction of 67 million tons of GHG emission per year. Helen works closely with emerging market central governments, regulators, financial institutions, and private enterprises to create the ecosystem that enables and accelerates the transition to low carbon economies.
