In 2008, IFC and Dialog, Sri Lanka's largest mobile network, became partners to promote the SME Toolkit, a free online platform for small-business owners. Through this partnership, Dialog used the SME Toolkit to train its retailers and help build their business-management capacity by providing helpful management tools.
