The International Council for Small Business (ICSB), in June 2016, convened a small business panel at its 61st World Congress at the United Nations, in New York City. This report is the continuation of the ICSB’s work since 2016 with the goal of bringing all stakeholders and partners together in one place, with one mission, and one focus: to help support MSMEs. In the following pages of this report and for the first time ever, many countries, institutions, organizations and individuals come together to pen reports about the status of MSMEs as part of the observation of MSMEs Day.
