MIZA Joins 160 Other Financial Institutions to Promote SME Finance

Washington, D.C., September 5th, 2019MIZA became the newest member of the SME Finance Forum, a global membership network that brings together financial institutions, technology companies, and development finance institutions to share knowledge, spur innovation, and promote the growth of SMEs. 

“200 million businesses worldwide need financing to invest, grow and create new jobs. We are proud to have MIZA join our network of more than 150 members who work to expand access to finance for small and medium businesses,” said Matthew Gamser, CEO of the Forum. 

MIZA is developing products that are supportive of SME financing through focusing on digital payment technologies that enable SMEs to become financially included and access credit lines from banks. “The SME Finance Forum offers our team privileged access to world leading financial institutions and fintechs, and the peer learning and networking opportunities are very interesting for developing the maturity and growth prospects of our company,” said Mohamed Wefati, Founder & Chief Executive of MIZA.
