Natalia has been working with IFC for the past seven years as a Gender and SME Advisory Specialist across Asia & Pacific

She has 22 years of experience in the financial sector of India where she has worked extensively in the areas of SME and Retail, both on assets and liabilities. Her experience spans across the functions of strategy, sales management, product and portfolio management, credit underwriting and collections.

In IFC she has been both leading and involved in multiple Bank transformation projects in Asia & Pacific. Her core area of delivery is SME and Gender focused businesses for Financial Institutions

Natalia is an alumni of Sri Ram college of Commerce and holds a MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University, India.
