Members Only Webinar: Non-Financial Services as a New Standard for Serving Business Customers

Join Olena Prokopovych, NFS Global Champion at IFC, along with Elena Fesik, Head of Small and Micro Business Department, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Ukraine & Tamuna Zhizhilashvili, Deputy Director of Marketing Communications and Business Banking at TBC Bank, Georgia for a discussion on non-financial services (NFS) as a new standard for serving business customers. 

The webinar will include a discussion of the NFS implementation process, key challenges in implementing NFS, and business results from implementing NFS by banks. The banks will share their reasons and goals for their respective NFS programs, share details of the programs, the challenges they faced, and business results.
 

About the speakers

Olena Prokopovych is NFS Global Champion at IFC. She has over 17 years of project management and consulting experience in the SME and finance sectors. She joined IFC in 2010, and since 2012 has been developing NFS for SMEs, a new product offering for banks. Currently, she is leading the work with financial institutions in the EMENA region on NFS. As an NFS specialist, she has worked for several financial institutions across different countries, including Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, and Kenya. 

 
Elena Fesik is Head of Small and Micro Business Department, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Ukraine. She has been working for Raiffeisen Bank Aval since 2002. During this time, she headed up different positions, covering all SME business operations, client relations and marketing activities. Since 2013 she has been leading all of the bank's NFS, which includes "Business Academy" (training program for MSME clients, conducted by the bank staff), internet club and quarterly magazine "My business". 

 
Tamuna Zhizhilashvili is Deputy Director of Marketing Communications and Business Banking at TBC Bank, Georgia. She led the first NFS program launched by TBC Bank in 2013. She supervised the development of the business support program which includes free training, consulting, SME educational web platform, SME business award in partnership with IFC, ADB and EBRD and local companies.
